We're Here For You - Same Great Customer Service, Fewer Hugs
In the insurance industry, we have had a great deal of experience in taking care of our clients during disasters. Floods, wind storms, power outages have been events that have "battle-tested" our ability to maintain our service levels when our clients need us the most. 

The current COVID-19 outbreak is no different. Please rest assured that the Gibb Insurance Brokers team is prepared to continue to provide you with the high level of service you have come to expect from us.  

If you visit our office, be ready for fewer handshakes and hugs; but be assured that we are striving to keep our office as "virus-free" as possible. We have upped our cleaning schedule for the office and, if anyone on our team feels they have symptoms related to the COVID-19 virus, they will be working from home and will not be putting you at risk. 

We feel we are fully prepared to handle almost any of your insurance situations remotely as well. The "old fashion" phone lines work, our staff members are prepared to help you via e-mail, text, or even direct messaging via social media. We have also invested in electronic document signature software if the need arises. 

We have also confirmed with our insurance company partners that they are all as prepared as possible to service your insurance needs no matter how bad or how long the current situation goes on. 

If you need us, we will do our best to be there for you in a safe and efficient manner. We will continue to strive to live up to our motto, "Protecting what matters most, no matter what".
